About me
Long-time 5e player turned DM. Excited to host a D&D 5e campaign in an all-new homebrew setting. I have had many great experiences since I started playing D&D, and I'm looking forward to sharing new ones with others.
GM Style
I enjoy a balance of combat and roleplay. My ideal game will have about a 50/50 split, erring on the side of a bit extra roleplay. Some sessions may have little to no combat if the players prefer to RP. Those are some of the most memorable ones in my experience. I want to make sure each player and player character has a stake in the story we're telling. I enjoy working PC backstories into the campaign setting and letting those story elements play out in unexpected ways. What's most important to me is that everyone walks away from a session satisfied and looking forward to the next.

Steven really made it interesting from the very first scene and the pacing after that remained solid throughout the entire session. There was a lot of room for player choice and RP which Steven played into and made feel impactful even in combat. A great time, looking forward to playing more sessions with this DM!

Steven is a fantastic DM. He easily creates a fun and welcome environment for players of all skill levels. His one-shot was well-balanced and well-paced, moving along the story while making room for memorable RP moments. His visual aids and music made the game super immersive. Had a great time and 100% would play at his table again.

Just got done playing a one-shot with him. His encounters were perfectly balanced and he added all kinds of flavor that allowed our group to lean into our characters and we had a great time. Incredible fun, and definitely looking forward for any future campaigns the might be running!

Throughout the actual game, he was professional, considerate, and allowed for player creativity while respecting the rules.
