About me
Well met, Adventurers! My name is Troy Allen. I'm a seasoned Dungeon Master who's been weaving intricate tales in fantasy settings for about 2 years now. My DMing journey began in the start of 2022 with the Lost Mine of Phandelver starter set and I've fallen in love with being behind the screen ever since. And I still DM that same starter group to this day! As players, expect a mix of humor, suspense, and (ironically) unexpected twists, all within a collaborative and respectful gaming environment. I believe the best stories are those created together, and I'm here to make sure everyone at the table gets a chance to shine. GM Style
I am a trained Voice Actor (trained by Morgan Berry), and my style of DMing blends this skill into rich roleplaying scenarios to make you, as the player, feel as immersed as possible. I specialize in D&D 5e, and I'm known for creating intense, immersive worlds that come alive with vivid detail (sometimes too vivid, I've accidentally sent one of my players to the emergency room before, no joke) and complex characters. I utilize very light home brew rules (i.e. bonus action potions), and specific rules depending on the campaign. If you're a seasoned veteran of the game or new to tabletop RPGs alltogether, my games are designed for everyone.

I have been playing with Troy for over a year and can’t imagine having another DM. His storytelling is immersive and engaging in a way I didn’t know was possible. He creates relationships and NPCs that I definitely got attached to. As for the player he sent to the emergency room, that was me. Curse of Strahd is no joke :) As far as the setting goes, he always has music and backgrounds that match the scene he’s creating and it adds to the experience. The voices and personalities of the NPCs are all vastly different and entertaining in a way that makes them seem real. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a game that is intense and exciting.
