I've been a Dungeon Master for 5 years now, with experience in both Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition and Pathfinder 2nd Edition. I run games that focus heavily on player involvement and choice, normally with a plot centered around the characters, their backstories, and their decisions in-game. I do my best to cultivate a culture of friendly, respectful people, all of whom are gathered together for a good time playing TTRPGs!

How TJ runs games
I put a lot of work into giving each NPC a distinct personality and history, and have practiced multiple accents to mix in for variety. I come from a background of tactical video games, so I have a deep love for strategic, objective-based combat. However, I find myself enjoying combat the most when it has story stakes attached to it, so I put everything into only running a fight when the players have something to gain or lose.
