About me
Hi! My name is Alex, but most people know me as Tiggie! I'm 28 years old and I live in Los Angeles. I graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA in 2015 with a B.A. in Theatre Arts, and I've been working as a teacher in multiple fields every since! I love being a Game Master because it allows me the perfect way to combine all of my talents and interests into one format: improv, storytelling, fantasy adventuring, and the general mischief that happens with and RPG group. Below is a short list of what I will offer as a Game Master: ~GM with 5+ years experience ~Trained Voice Actor - adds variety to your NPCs ~RP, combat, and backstory involvement are heavy focuses of my adventures ~I make my own maps ~Homebrew is best brew ~Rules-light: we're all here to have fun The Facebook link in my bio takes you to my TikTok page, where you will be able to see all of the goofy D&D videos I make. I'm excited to have the opportunity to run a game for you, and I hope to hear ffrom you soon!
GM Style
I love using character's backstories as a way to fuel the engagement in any particular adventure. I am a trained actor and can do several voices and accents in an adventure. I love some good combat and adventuring, and I enjoy a tough but rewarding puzzle and/or mystery for my players. Ultimately, my goal as a GM is to engage with the players in a way that helps each player best enjoy their own experience while also creating a fun and interactive world for the rest of the players in the party. You want to go on a hack-and-slash dungeon crawl? You got it. You want to start an owlbear farm? Absolutely. You want to run a Kobold orphanage? Applications are on the table to your left. Let's make this game fun for everyone!

Game Master Reviews (6)
Best GM I've worked with so far! They ran a self-written one-shot module based off the 5e DnD ruleset. The entire session ran about 6 hours, with a few breaks here and there. The one-shot was structured as a kind of wave defense with a similar motif to that of 'The Battle of Thermopylae', famously depicted in the movie, "300". The player characters, including myself and two others, were introduced to the story as the defenders awaiting an imminent invasion. We were given free reign to prepare for the assault that would come the next morning. I proposed an impromptu nighttime scouting mission which, upon arrival to the enemy camp, escalated into a small-scale military sabotage operation. Nothing was immediately revealed to us about ramifications of that mission. So we carried on with the rest of the session. It was only after the one-shot had finished, that Tiggie revealed to the party how that small improvised mission affected the campaign as a whole. I won't go into spoilers of what actually happened, but that mission had consequences. And I love that. Actions should have consequences; whether they be immediate or prolonged. That is something I always look for when I either play DnD, or watch DnD content. And in this instance, it was truly an engaging experience. I'll definitely be requesting their services again.
@TiggieBittles was frankly one of the best DM/GMs I ever had. Even before we had a session zero, he was looking into our personal needs and desires for the game and story we wanted to tell. He was very cautious about RPG consent forms, and warned us before the session if there was going to be a topic that could potentially disturb us, such as mass terror due to a lethal attack in a crowded pavilion. He also works so hard on making sure that your backstory feels good in the world he's built for you and your party, and gives everyone a chance to shine. (He also lets you do a bunch of goofy things with nary a sigh or complaint) That's not even the best part. When he tells a story, the work around you dissolves. You find yourself engrossed in the game, waiting for the proverbial shoe to drop, listening to the delightful world building and story telling, all of the various voices and personalities, and then suddenly, you realize you've been playing for three hours, and you've loved every minute of it. I would highly, highly recommend him as a DM, and if I could, I'd give him a 10/5 star review. (He's really that good)
Tiggie ran us a great oneshot: The session itself was well-themed and well-structured - though Tiggie also made several accommodations for our unusual approaches, which made the session more unique and fun overall. His efforts to make the session something special for us were clearly apparent - and really paid off. On a practical level, he coped extremely well with some of the more absurd abilities of high level characters - which kept the session moving along at a good pace for everyone. He also did a good job including his players, allowing us to integrate into a proper team despite being mostly strangers. Tiggie has a solid grasp of what makes for interesting combat encounters and a good sense for what makes an engaging social encounter. A session with Tiggie is an opportunity for a great game experience - where all the core appeals of role-playing games are satisfied. Overall: a great oneshot with a game master I was glad to share the table with.
