About me

Greetings! My name is Justin (he/him), and I've been immersed in D&D as far back as 2007. I've been running games on and off since 2013! I have a degree in Information Technology, specializing in Animation and Game Development, and my day job is being a Quality Assurance Analyst. Running games brings me joy, and I wish to share this joy with other players! Have ancient dragons piloted the development of humanity for eons? Is that a moving island that's actually the back of a giant robot that wanders the ocean floor? Have aliens have infiltrated Earth, and now cultists begin to worship their unknowable, otherworldly ways? Perhaps an evil megacorp has been implanting chips into retired cybersoldiers for a grand uprising in accordance with their AI overlords? I invite you to create and explore these wonderful worlds with me!

GM Style

I am a slower paced Game Master. I'm the type to ask what your character wears for the day, and what food they order at the diner they're visiting before they start their investigation into their missing person's case. For CoC, I prefer running pre-written modules as I don't have the chops for writing grounded mysteries, but for D&D, I vastly prefer going full homebrew with the setting. The lack of much pre-written adventures for Cyberpunk RED means I homebrew most of it too. I can also run pre-written adventure for Symbaroum! I enjoy combat, but I always try and ensure that combat isn't always the solution. I never force it upon the players unless the situation definitively calls for it, or they've angered enough NPCs to warrant it!
