About me

Hello, I'm Michael, and I've been playing, and running, TTRPGs for 38 years. I started with the Indiana Jones RPG and the 1983 Red Box Basic D&D set. Since then I've played and run every edition of D&D, and a plethora of other games. I like to run games with a balance of combat and RP, and I enjoy mystery, intrigue, action, and Gothic horror. I have run a number of the D&D 5e adventure books, and I am eager to run more of them. I run an inclusive table, and I don't abide bullying. I do my very best to make sure each character gets a moment in the spotlight, while weaving a story about a team that works together. Sometimes characters die, but without risk, there is no real reward!

• Balance of combat and RP. • I love to create interesting NPC and give them their own voices. • I can run pre-made adventures, or craft custom stories. • I want players to play to their comfort level. • I like to encourage players to contribute to the story, the NPCs, and the world-building. • I like to include surprises to keep the stories fresh. • Sometimes characters die. Without risk, there is no reward. • I don't allow bullying at my inclusive table.
