About me
Hello gamers! As an LGBTQ+ bipoc, I create a space for inclusivity and acceptance. My style of DMing fosters a campy, PG-13 atmosphere that incorporates puzzles, combat, secrets, and roleplay. I have been playing and DMing Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, and other games for 25+ years. I run very lighthearted, high-powered campaigns, emphasizing fun and teamwork while minimizing player downtime. I am happy to customize difficulty levels to any group but default to Easy/Moderate. I run both homebrew and pre-written campaigns for D&D and Pathfinder
GM Style
What type of DM am I? Here are answers to questions on from my favorite RPG site. Planning or Improv? I am an improv DM. I create a primary story arc and then improvise subsequent sessions based on how the players choose to interact with the story. Gamer or Storyteller? I am a storyteller above all. I want to tell my story while helping you to tell your own story and help each player achieve both their personal/character and story goals. Character-focused or world-focused? As an improv DM, this is up to the players! If they want to explore the NPCs I provide or the world I create, I can help provide infinite depth as you explore. Vocal or Watchful? I am a watchful DM. I like to set the scene and have my players explore everything to their hearts' desire. Serious or light-hearted? I am almost entirely a light-hearted DM with moments of seriousness. Freeform or RAW? If RAW are easily accessible and conducive to the plot, I prefer to use those. However, I don't like spending too much time flipping through rulebooks, so expect quick rulings that may not be RAW to keep things running smoothly! I am also a big fan of players making up new uses for rules. Episodic or continuous? I do both! I default to continuous, but also love running episodic stories. Sandbox or closed narrative? Full sandbox mode. You can do anything you want within my world (following the rules, of course) and you will change the world accordingly. There will always be a primary story arc to follow, but you don't have to. Homebrew or published? I prefer homebrew but will run published adventures. Generous or hardcore? Generous. Let's have fun. I'm not here to punish players. Theater of the mind or combat grid? I will do both depending on the player preference. Combat heavy or combat light? Combat can often be avoided through RP, but if you want to rumble, I'm always ready.
