About Benn Clapp
Greetings, fellow adventurers! My name is Benn, and I have been a practicing Dungeon Master since February 2024. Although I am relatively new to running games, I have a lifelong passion for world-building and storytelling, and am eager to offer exciting new worlds for my players to explore! I am open to players of all ages and experience-levels, and am excited to host campaigns for any and all who are interested!

How Benn Clapp runs games
I love hosting games that embrace a balance of roleplaying, exploration, and crunchy combat. I am always expanding my repertoire of character voices, and I especially love creating homebrew settings with lots of puzzles and hidden nooks for my players to explore. I have been described as a "flexible DM" by my players, and am open to out-of-the-box solutions to encounters. I am not picky about physical spell components, although I do enjoy creating survival scenarios that require tracking your consumable equipment (such as arrows and rations). I do not believe in a "DM versus the Players" dynamic; I want my players to feel challenged and excited, but ultimately I want them to succeed and feel that they have ample opportunities to tell the stories they wish to tell. I believe roleplaying games are at their best when everyone is eager to commit to the story and embrace their immersion in the setting.
