About Somniphage
Hello! I've been running games consistently since 2018, and have created three distinct homebrew settings for games that have been everything from a short three-session mini-adventure to sprawling several-year campaigns that see players rise from humble beginnings to fighting figures out of legend alongside all the allies they had made over the last hundred sessions. Whether for a single adventure, or for a a prolonged campaign, there is nothing I enjoy more than how the party grows and interacts with the world; how it changes them, and how they change it. And I look forward to creating new stories with you.

How Somniphage runs games
Games I run often have a very strong emphasis on story, character, and world, with each being vital to fully realizing the potential of the other two. Roleplay is an important aspect of my games. Combat, in customized adventures, may include unique mechanics or abilities for enemies to present increased challenge, more character, and/or implement puzzle elements. Specific Room Puzzles are a lesser focus for my games. Elements of them may be included - for example, presenting a combat or social encounter that can be made more easy or bypassed entirely by clever use of presented elements or character abilities - but a specific room that has one intended solution and a riddle are rare features, if not part of a pre-written adventure path.
