About me
I'm a player of dozens of TTRPGs including Quest, Troika, Die, and the World Wide Wrestling Second Edition. I've ventured through the Halls of Undermountain, the Stygian Library, and the Incandescent Grottoes. I run games that are inclusive, first and foremost. Games that make space for everyone to be heard and treated with respect. I don't run games that include racism, sexism, ableism, or any other -isms. We don't do that here. I started running rpgs almost as soon as I started playing so I could make the games I wanted to see. I draw maps, use safety tools, and hack games with zines and blogs and anything else I can get my hands on. My philosophy is to play games that are rules light and world big! I absolutely love games in all forms and have been using them as a creative outlet since I was six, and I'm here looking to expand beyond my usual sword and sorcery and sci-fi adventures. Help me afford a new laptop and groceries!!
GM Style
I run adventure games. Worlds where anything and everything is possible. I've been running games in person and online regularly, whether I'm convincing my friends to try a new game I got or I'm joining a local RPG meetup. I take a laid back approach to these games, staging them in the theatre of the mind, using whiteboards and other visual aids for maps, portraits for NPCs, and other images for environments or mood. Yes I can wear the cloak in my profile picture. I'd offer you a bite of the pickle I'm holding, but I finished it. I believe in games as a collaborating tool, I like to build up worlds and break down the barriers between Gms and players. My influences are wide, and include Ralph Bakshi's Lord Of The Rings, The Green Knight, The Wizard of Earthsea, Discworld, and Final Fantasy Advance. I like games that are inviting and accessible, and I started playing because I didn't like the adversarial reputation games like D&D have (or had depending on how you got started!) I wanted to break down the barriers and gatekeeping and build up worlds together!
