About Sevbi
Hey, I'm Sevbi. A philanthropist from Germany rooted in social work, restaurant and tourism. So yeah I love people and I also love storytelling and gaming. I've been lucky enough to travel around the world quit a bit, and all the influence and stories I've heard over the years I like to pour into my games. I do need I say though I also like competition and a certain difficulty in my games. So do not expect sessions after session where everything goes smoothly. An amazing experience for me needs stakes, tension and overcoming challenges. Don't worry I'm not gonna tpk you out of nowhere. But I'll certainly not lie about the number of orc warriors living in their lair that was left alone for decades and is close to house enough war power to overrun a whole country. I've been introduced to the hobby in 2014 (so over 10 years by now) and been actively DMing since 2018 with some longer times in between. I've started with a very simple system (it's a free German system called "how to be a hero") and switched to Savage worlds. I'm curious about new games but nothing yet I know enough to run. I recently added Mausritter to my list of games and its an amazing fun and simpel Game i´d also love to play, more often. Any how. I'm looking forward to play some games with you, crafting amazing stories and celebrating unbelievable victories

How Sevbi runs games
I am a roleplay-heavy, story-crafting, and player-focused GM. I think of player creativity and skill as a way to bypass the risk of trait rolls. My adventures are build to cater to all the different playstyles currently represented in the group. The main focus of every adventure should be the fun, even if I spontaneously have to throw out my plans and adapt to something completely new. That said one of my favorite things is to explore new gameplay mechanics every now and than. In savage worlds you have rules for chases, mass battles, social conflicts and more. I like to every once in a while input these into my games because it brings fresh air and most of the time is very fun. Also even if it wasn't back 2 months ago, it might be now. I think it's very important to bring fresh air to the table and not just do fighting sessions for 3 months I take pride in my ability to read the room and adjust accordingly. Sometimes, players are super enthusiastic about having conversations with silly NPCs, while at other times, they just want to get to the next battle as quickly as possible. I try to recognize what the group is enjoying in the moment and cater to that.

Rules are...
There to feel safe and know what to expect but there they're never to be higher valued than fun
Sevbi's ideal table
High energy players who are loud, expressionistic and enjoy roleplaying as well as indulging in the world. Also they should enjoy testing out new things. Maybe after fighting through the last 5 quests, the next time they try stealth or to have a discussion with the evil Lord to sort out things.

I love it when a player
Takes notes, asks questions I didn't even think of and isn't just a main character but also someone who supports and enables all players to be the main character. A player who's knows in some scenes it's better to let someone else shine and maybe help him shine even brighter
