About me
I have been playing various tabletops and LARPs for about 15 years. I am willing to read through and play in multiple different systems that players want to learn or play in. I have experience with a plethora of different game systems and setting, but both World and Chronicles of Darkness are my favorites, Monster of the Week along with World Wide Wrestling are fun breaks from my favorites, as is Warhammer 40k to get the tactical mind working.
GM Style
I am a very roleplay heavy and focused GM, I started with World and Chronicles of Darkness, and most of my experience in running games comes from running LARPs. However, when I run more tactically minded games, whether by game design or player preference I will make sure to test the player along with the character on how to take down the enemy without holding any punches. If you want a light hearted game I have a few games and ways to make you bust a gut while still keeping it interesting.

Knows the Rules
Seavale checked in with me about the particular vibe of the group I was joining (comedic/playful, rather than serious) so they were sure I would be comfortable. They have a stated set of tools and boundaries on their GM/game page(s) to keep everyone feeling safe, and were welcoming/non-judgmental about how rusty I was, providing space for me to get up to speed. If you read their boundaries tools and appreciate the respect and know you can give it in turn, I feel that this is a very safe person to explore gaming with, even if you are not experienced. Also, this is literally my favorite game in the world and the first session was hilarious - definitely a great vibe for me. The other players have a great rapport and I'm looking forward to integrating with the group.
Tyler does a great job as a story teller, and thrives on player improvisation. He'll give the players a hook but won't try to redirect if the players choose to ignore it and pursue another goal instead. He's also quick to see when the player characters just feel like bickering at each other for a scene and allowing it to play out with minimal interruption. All in all it's been a fun introduction to a rather difficult game system.
