About me

I've been GMing for over thirty years. I've run and played in MSH, DC Heroes, Palladium, Rifts, Champions, a little bit of GURPS, and a bunch of random one-offs. My preferred system is Risus. Allows for fun without a bunch of rules getting in the way.

GM Style

I am a simple GM. I believe firmly in games being fun. It seems odd to not have fun. But I take my side of the GM Screen very seriously. I describe my GMing style this way. On my side of the screen, I am focused on portraying an accurate and consistent world. On your side of the screen, you can be scooby-doo as long as you're engaging with the adventure. I believe in letting players summarize a character's actions or words. By this I mean, I do not expect a person playing a Bard to sing a song or read a poem in character. In the same way I don't expect them to describe their actions in detail as they climb a wall. But, please do if you like.
