About Ryan Baughman
Like a lot of people, I started playing D&D during the COVID lockdown of 2020. I did everything I was supposed to do to find an group online - I made profiles on a bunch of sites, I posted on message boards saying I was looking for a group, I looked for games at my local gaming store - all to no avail. So I thought, "If I can't find a DM, I'll just have to be the DM!" Over the last 3 years, I've DM'd for groups of adults in long-running campaigns and one-shots, and even for kids as young as 7. I love teaching new players and helping them develop their characters, and I love creating avenues for people to play out the fantasy they've always dreamed of. Playing D&D with kids is especially fun since they're so imaginative anyway, plus I get to help with their math and reading skills. If you've always wanted to play D&D, whether for a bachelor party, birthday party, or a months-long campaign, I'll be happy to help!

How Ryan Baughman runs games
I love all aspects of D&D, from exploration to role play to crunching numbers, but I prefer to ask the group what they prefer and try to tailor the experience toward that. Whether one person likes in-depth role play and another doesn't like to feel like they have to perform, all are welcome at my table.
