About me
Ask me how I GM'd my best friends wedding! Hey! I'm Dominic, but most people either call me Doc or Rowan as those are my screen names. I am a huge gamer and TTRPG nerd. I've been playing TTRPGs since I was 12 and running them since I was 15 (I'm almost 30 now). I have a stream I play on called Creative Crits (you can find us on YouTube) and do a bi-weekly home game with my wife and best friends. I have GMd for people of every ethnicity, ability level, and taste around the world, at conventions, and even camping. Let me help you tell the story of your next adventure! **~~**~~..~~**~~** I am a father of two, a caring husband and total nerd. My favorite systems to play are D&D, World of Darkness and Shadow Run. I have a strong leaning towards High Fantasy. My favorite video games are Legend of Zelda (The entire series) Skyrim and Guild Wars. When I'm not gaming or playing board games, I'm telling bedtime stories to my kids or ghost stories to my friends around a campfire. I believe our pasts, present and future can all be told by stories and they make our lives better and more fulfilling, which is why, above all, I am a storyteller.

I do both intriguing role play and tough, nail-biting battles. I bring the maps and monsters, the handouts and handbooks, the backgrounds, battles varied NPCs and plot hooks. You bring your computer, your character and your creativity. Let's have an adventure!

While battling the BBEG, who Dominic used from my backstory, my barbarian leaped thru the air into a reverse gravity field, and “fell” to the ceiling to deliver the final elbow slam. And this was after passing the trials and traps of his elaborate elemental lair. It was such a challenge, topped off with a dramatic flair and just the right amount of Rule of Cool. Dominic has been my DM for pushing half a decade. His NPCs really come alive and he weaves truly epic stories, whether stumbling thru a new town in his campaign or battling a demon lord. He has always been respectful and reliable, and has done an excellent job managing interpersonal issues between players. He takes his role as an ally very seriously and insists on an inclusive playing environment for everyone. I cannot recommend him more. A+. 5 stars.

Rowan is a great all around DM, but I've highlighted above some of his greatest talents. He brings people together in a way that makes them want to be at the table and want to work together for common goals. He not only includes new players, but encourages the table to be inclusive of players of all styles and experience. He's also a voice actor, which means you can expect some very immersive roleplay for worldbuilding.

Rowan is an excellent storyteller; his NPCs are well developed and make for interesting interactions throughout the game. He's always keeping an eye on the tone of a scene as well as the players' reactions, to make sure that everyone is having a fun and safe experience. Highly recommend.
