Evan is fun, practical, and moves the game at a great pace. As a new player, I have only found patience and passion from him. He is a wonder DM. I highly recommend you play some games with him, and we if he is for you!

Really good GM. Easy to talk to and will always listen to your ideas and actions and try to make it possible to the game. Having a lot of fun in my current game with him.

I haven't played D&D, except with my kids, in a looong time, and let's face it, kids basically just want to stab things and cast fireball. I forgot how much fun the role-playing can be. For my first game in years, and first on-line, I stumbled into this site and Evan's world. He effortlessly folded my ideas into his world an within just a few sessions we're unraveling mysteries, reuniting estranged lovers and eating tons of fish-cakes. It's a blast!

Currently playing in a Monday night “Toxic Hoard” campaign with two other players. Evan’s homebrew world is an amazingly well built and detailed place to explore, providing lots of opportunities for player choice and adventure. Without putting in spoilers, so far we’ve fought goblins, negotiated with trolls, solved a murder case and parlayed with Vampires… and that’s not even the main plot! I really wanted to join a homebrew campaign and learn about the worlds others have created, so I joined Evan’s toxic hoard campaign. 100% has not disappointed. First off session 0 and character creation session was great. Super detailed and he really helps you create a character that fits in the world he’s created while still being a character you’d want to play. There are always options of things to do and I haven’t felt railroaded into doing anything. The party really likes to go on side tangents and frequent visits to our favorite bartender and Evan just lets us do just that. In everything we’ve done so far you can tell a lot of work has been put into making the lore and really being prepared for any questions we may have. Our party doesn’t go at too fast of a pace and each session I have a few pages of notes, so that should really give you an idea on how detailed his world is.

I may be a bit bias being the brother but i must say Evan is a true wonder of a DM. from his expansive homebrew world of Erufor, intriguing characters easily made on the fly, and a true understanding of roleplayed stories. Evan's campaigns are ever to get better, he had already started honing his skills with our childhood games now bringing a wonderful experience to any willing to take the first step and join his world. I know as time goes on he will build a great community of players and friend to all enjoy one another. I hope to see those who read this in one of his game, and join us on one of many great stories to come.
