I play DnD and WoD regularly and I've sampled many other TTRPG's as well. I'm the forever DM but I wouldn't have it any other way. I run multiple games a week for my friend groups so I figured why not try going pro. They say do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life.

Rose's ideal table
I like a relaxed table that puts the focus on enjoying the experience rather than "winning". I'm not against min/maxers because understanding how to make really intricate characters is pretty cool, but sometimes being kinda useless or rolling bad is part of the fun too.

I think metagaming...
Isn't always bad. Sometimes its fun to chat with the other players about how to handle a situation, or how a player might react to someone else's choices. However, its important to be aware that this might be metagaming, and remember how your individual character would act even if its not helpful.
