About me

Hi! My name's Muri, I'm a game master from Brazil and I've come to find in the last few years that running TTRPG's is a huge passion of mine! I've written some adventures, but I also enjoy running pre written modules at times.

GM Style

First and foremost, I love writing and will usually write games, settings and characters in my free time. I love roleplaying in game, specially roleplaying different characters with their own personalities, traits, voices and quirks. I also love hearing my player's backstories and threading them into my world with their help. I like to make my campaigns as much my player's as mine, and I try to involve their own stories as much as possible into the world. My players are always open to exploring the world and checking out things that I have planned in other corners, and I get particularly happy when I have chances to improvise and come up with new things that I hadn't thought of before. Specially when the players get off the tracks a bit. I usually prefer rules lights games, but I also enjoy the amount of depth that you can get with a crunchier system by delving into your character and making them more complex as they level up. Tactical combat is something my players have told me they loved in the past, but it's something I'm unsure of, so its inclusion will depend mostly on my players' opinions. Oh, and of course, I'm very welcoming of anyone. My table should be a space you feel comfortable at, and if that's not happening, I'm not doing the job right. I myself am queer, if that makes you more comfortable with the game!
