About me
Welcome travelers, friends, and goblins in a trench coat! My name is Rachel, and I'm excited to take you on a journey. Along this treacherous road, expect to encounter wild bosses, fall in love (?!), and even . . . have fun. ("Awww," the audience says.) More seriously, I have about eight years of experience both DMing and playing D&D 5e. I've also got a few degrees under my belt (English- and publishing-related), and years of experience writing and editing. My DM style is definitely on the less serious side; I'm not a rules person, and if you make a good argument as to why you can do something, I'm probably going to give it to you. I especially love working with people who are new to D&D, so please feel free to book me if this is your first time! If you're ready, let's go on an adventure together!

- Fun and chill! - I don't get down and dirty with the rules. Give me a good excuse, and I'll probably let you do it. (Especially if it's funny.) - Comedic, I'll do anything for the bit. - I love roleplaying! I'm ready to take on your most heartbroken, isolationist character and turn them into a sweetheart.

Rachel's style is relaxed, leaving room for a lot of fun use of mechanics. Her murder mystery one-shot had a great balance of story, investigation, and battle. All in all, a great time! Thanks, Rachel!

An incredible Game Master! She tells the story in an incredibly engaging way, while leaving plenty of room for player engagement! Her one-shot was fun and eerie, but still had loads of humor. One of the best experiences I've had playing DnD bar none! Cant recommend her enough!
