I'm a 25+ year GM with experience in a large range of systems. My favorites right now are Fallout 2D20 from Modiphius and 5th Edition D&D. I like story and player choice based games, and use the rules to guide how that works, but I'm not against going outside of the rules to tell a better, more interesting story.

How Matt Quiett runs games
I like story over rules, especially for roleplay. In D&D specifically, each combat needs to have a reason to be played and it has to be dynamic in some way. I like to challenge my players, but I really enjoy when players find interesting ways to thwart my plans.
