About Nathan Ashley
Hi there! I've been a player of Dungeons & Dragons for many years now, both as a player and a DM. I've also played many other game systems. I'm willing to learn new systems to spread more fun and enjoyment, as well as create settings for the systems I currently can run. I'm more of a homebrew DM but will also place unique stories within existing settings. Starting here is my foray from being a hobbyist, to someone dedicated to bringing fun and entertainment to all kinds of people. Come play with me and Roll Initiative!

How Nathan Ashley runs games
Roleplay oriented, decent amounts of combat. I tend to homebrew over campaign modules, sometimes building a whole world and sometimes setting campaigns in existing ones with new and unique locations. I can do Theater of the Mind or VTT as necessary with a lean towards ToM. In person I will also use maps and minis to some degree. I can run online through video chat, but I stay away from text play due to my ADHD as well as how I go into detail of describing scenery and actions. I can do some voice modulation to give game characters a unique feel, just not to a professional degree.
