About Peter Da'Fox
Hey, I'm Peter (He, They) and I've been DM'ing for about 10 years now starting in high school. I run very open world player driven games and work best with a lot of input from players to craft a narrative that fits everyone in the group. My biggest focuses in running D&D is always to have a safe and fun space for all of my players. D&D helped me figure out myself and provide some escapism, and I hope it can be a place of comfort and solace for my players as well. I'm most experienced with 5e, Pathfinder, and Spheres. I excel at improv, voice acting, and character backstories. I'm looking forward to finding more people to play with as being a Dungeon Master is my favorite thing to do.

How Peter Da'Fox runs games
I try my best to get a good balance of roleplay, combat, and more abstract problem solving in each of my sessions, but very frequently tailor the balance to what my group finds fun. The thing I personally find most important in a game is not just getting you to care about your fellow player's characters, but also the NPC's and the world around you. I want to craft a living, breathing, world that evolves and grows with my players. For each campaign I build a discord with relevant channels for lore, in character communication, out of character communication, journals, calendars, and more, in an attempt to make things as fluid and easy to keep track of as possible. My PM's will always be open and I'll always be there to help or chat. Being a dungeon master is my favorite thing to do in the whole world. I love voice acting, crafting a story, and breathing life into a world. I'm hoping that being a GM for StartPlaying can help me grow even further, and branch out into creating content of my own, like publishing my battle maps I make, or even creating a podcast one day.
