About Nick Olivo
I'm an urban fantasy and cosmic horror author who loves running TTRPGs and helping players learn new systems. I also run a YouTube channel dedicated to helping GMs and players get the most out of Roll20. I've been game mastering for a little over 20 years, across a variety of systems including D&D, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, Traveler, and Delta Green. I view RPGs as collaborative storytelling with the PCs as the stars, and love the thrill each session brings. How Nick Olivo runs games
My main concern is ensuring everyone has fun during a session. While I will stick to the rules, I'm also a big believer in the Rule of Cool, and want the players to feel good about the games they're playing in. I love a good RP session, and will often employ voices and/or a voice changer to give each NPC or BBEG a unique sound. I'll also work with you to bring your character to life by incorporating elements of your backstory into the larger adventure/campaign.
