About me
I can guarantee that, in my games, you will experience an unforgettable and personal story. I have been playing/running tabletop roleplaying games for over a decade and have a deep love of the great stories and camaraderie that roleplaying creates. In all games I like to create an environment in which the players and GM work together to tell the story in an immersive and atmospheric way. I prefer smaller group sizes and content personalised to the individual players at the table. Being from a performance background, I like to encourage immersive roleplaying and have a particular love for horror settings such as Vampire: the Masquerade, Call of Cthulhu and Kult.
GM Style
Above all, I value an engaging and memorable game, with personalised plot hooks and events throughout the story. I encourage good roleplay and, in fantasy/sci-fi settings, use a balanced mix of roleplay to tactical combat, utilizing both theatre of the mind and fully illustrated battlemaps when required. In horror and other roleplay-heavy games I like to make every NPC unique so that the players feel as though they are in a living, breathing world Furthermore, I like to make games immersive, using music, ambience, descriptive storytelling and multiple different NPCs to create a dynamic, engaging, and often horrifying experience

Amazing DM for Vampire makes the world feel alive and allows a lot of fun with role play. One of the best moments in a game with Nick was when our group was tasked by the prince to kill an elder in return for an item we needed. Now this would have been difficult had we not been under the 2nd inquisition and so a quick phone call and we were free of what could have been a very difficult fight. now you'd think it would stop there but nope unfortunately we kept the mobile used to make the call so we ended up in an extended chase by the hunters till we rolled just well enough to figure out how they were tracking us. It was an exhilarating ride that thankfully Nick allowed to play out properly rather than try to rail road us into a fight with an elder though I am sad we missed the role play chance of what would have happened had we fought the elder or bargained with him, which just shows how good the world and character building is as even if you're happy with the outcome you wonder what would have happened had you made different choice.
Game was run using foundry. The visuals were fantastic, all designed prior to the session, complete with visibility with torches/character traits. Ran dedicated sessions to support all players through character creation and advised on best traits for new players. Each area had background music and ambient sound where the initial scene would be set before players tool the floor. Very inclusive DM, lead to a fun experience for first timers playing high-skill dungeons like Rappun Athuk. Could not have asked for a better DM to get back into DnD/Pathfinder!
