How Shane runs games
I'm fairly flexible, and tailor my style and approach to suit the needs of the specific game and its players. For full campaigns, I aim for more balanced gameplay with character driven story, but I tend to lean in one direction or another when running one-shots. I prefer homebrew or semi-homebrew settings. I don't typically run canned modules, but I'm happy to adapt/integrate existing content where appropriate. I'm not afraid to do character voices, but I'm not great at it. Sometimes it's the effort that counts. I also very much enjoy the production and technical aspects of running online games, and when required can provide quality recorded gameplay or stream-ready services.
