About me

***Forever DM with over 20 years of TTRPG experience.*** I started my TTRPG experience as a teenager, playing D&D 3.5 with my father and our local group of friends. I quickly became enamored with the idea of being dungeon master, and creating immersive and interesting worlds for our group. Fast forward to today, and I am the "Forever DM" for the same group of friends, and help my father run a D&D club at the local high school where he teaches.

GM style

My motto is simple - have fun. As long as everyone is having a good time, then you are playing the game right. Focus on cooperative play, storytelling, and building memories together that will last a lifetime. I prefer a balanced approach to gameplay, with a moderate amount of both roleplay and combat. In general, I encourage talking in character where appropriate, and out of character otherwise. However, there is no "One Size Fits All" to any game or group of players, and I do my best to tailor my DM style to what the players' biggest interests are.
