About me

I've been a DM for 5e for about 5 years now, I have a lot of experience under my belt and started to go into paid DMing. I love narrative rich and consequence heavy campaigns that tend to skew more towards the serious end of the spectrum rather than the more comical sense and I love working with my players to change the rules to better fit a more loose and open setting when it comes to how you can interact with it

GM Style

I am a roleplay heavy DM, my group and I usually go through several sessions before having one rather large and important combat. I tend to hold loosely to the rules, favoring player experimentation, choice, and consequence. My campaigns tend to be fairly serious, a little darker, a little grittier as I try to capture more of the realism of the world and less so on the romanticism. My campaigns tend to be the exact opposite of wargaming and number crunching, except for that one time when my player wanted to make a really good intimidation check, we poured literally everything we had into it and rolled a 49 or something and I cried about how that was some Pathfinder bullshit ; w ;
