Hello! My name is Mortiky (Thomas) and I love playing and running D&D games. D&D appeals to me for its fantasy genre, rich stories, personal interactions, and the uncertainty of chance. My goal is to be a catalyst and facilitator, ensuring you have an exciting and enjoyable experience in the world of adventure we embark upon. Our adventures make your characters center-stage through their thoughts, desires, and decisions. What say you? Are you ready to embark on an adventure with me? 🛡️｜SAFETY TOOLS ・During Session 0 we will discuss Lines and Veils, Bleed, and general etiquette. ・A 10-minute break will occur roughly halfway through the session. ・Feel free to ask any questions for clarification or inform me of an issue needing resolved. 🔨 Gameplay and How to Prepare Characters will be created in DnDBeyond and then imported into Foundry VTT. Player Experience Level: Open to All Levels Platforms used: • D&D Beyond • Discord • Foundry VTT (via The Forge) You will need: • A Free Discord account for talking with each other (https://discord.com/) • A Free Forge account to play on the VTT (https://forge-vtt.com/) • A Free D&D Beyond account if you want to create your own characters (https://www.dndbeyond.com/) • A microphone and either a fairly quiet background or push-to-talk. • After joining the game, view the Prep Materials and follow any other instructions. GM Style

I like to balance roleplay and combat, creating a fun and immersive experience for you. Both new to the game or seasoned veterans are welcome in all our adventures. Creative & Flexible Gameplay - Rule of Cool: I embrace the "rule of cool" to keep our games fun and interesting. - Maps: I create detailed maps/scenes for all encounters. I will use third party content where the effort of creation outweighs my skill or time. - Theatre of the Mind: Not everything can have a map. When this happens, we bring our world to life with theatre of the mind, supplemented with artwork. I LOVE playing D&D and my priority is for us to have a wonderful and fun game!
