GM Style
I value the following traits the most: - Flexibility - Creativity - Improvisation I will lay the foundation for the world and provide an exciting space for you to roleplay in. Its important to me that I remain flexible and adapt my creations to the tell the story of YOU the player. I highly encourage players to get creative. Rule of Cool baby! Listening is a skill that I have learned to value more and more as I have Game Mastered over the years. Your input is important to me and has so much value to the game. My players inspire my creativity and my games embrace this collaboration. I put in the prep before my games so that I can throw what I need out the window when the time comes and adapt to the moment. I have a background in acting training and experience in the voice over industry which has given me a strong base for improvising. My games have fully voiced characters to interact with, each with their own motivations and ambitions. I also love creating monsters, villains and combat scenarios in my spare time. The roleplay does not stop with combat. Expect dynamic situations and high stakes!

Rule of Cool
Michael ran an an exceptional game of Descent into Avernus me and others. The way he was able to tie in our various character backstories into the module was impressive and that along with how well he was able to convey the narrative made me exceptionally invested in both my character and the story as a whole. He allows for a lot of player freedom, and runs engaging combat and narrative encounters. Also, very fun & memorable NPCs.
Michael is a great DM. His story telling and world building is so immersive, with the characters/character voices, the setting of the scene and ambience sounds of the general world and the action of the fights. He likes to keep the narrative moving forwards, so never any of them stagnant moments you get with some other DM's, this doesn't mean you are on any sort of tracks. His rule of cool is fair and fun and allowed some cool group combos. If you ever come across "The Woods" in any of his games ask to hear about the legends of the "Weirdos of the woods".
Mike is a super fun and generally enthusiastic DM, he often brings some creative ideas to the table for example in our session, we had negotiated with some kobolds and had requested to take some with us to assist us in our mission, but the unique thing was, not only did we each get a kobold to control we got to name them as-well and the whole fact of it pretty much added another layer onto the lower level mission we were doing. There was a lot of unique things that spiced up the combat encounters and general gameplay which was very fun like special environmental points of interest, and interesting topography and enemy's which we encountered.
