About me
Greetings Human! You can call me Munky. If you are looking for a proffessional DM that will create an immersive and memorable campaign, well now you have found one! I run fun intriguing games, putting an emphasis on all three pillars of play - Combat, Social, and Exploration. I pride myself in taking characters backstories and molding them into our world. I also excel in creating fun, meaningful combat scenarios, and encourage players to think outside of the box when we are in an encounter. I am more than just a proffessional DM however - I have been a massive TTRPG fan for over 15 years, and I am also a 3rd party publisher who has been creating art and writing adventures for over 10 years that can be found on the Roll20 Marketplace, DTRPG, and on Patreon. I have had the privilege of being a part of thousands of other peoples games who I have never even metby providing content for the entire community! I love DMing, and have run more games than I can count, both in my local hobby stores and on Roll20. I am viewed as a guru on Roll20 for the amount of knowledge I have in their VTT, and have even helped over a dozen other creators publish their content on the site. All of my games use Voice and Video through Discord, and are all currently being played via Roll20. So that means you will need a working Microphone and Webcam. I also utilize Syrinscape in my games to add an extra layer of immersion and suspense to the mood. I hope to see you at one of my tables soon!
GM Style
I am a versatile DM who has mastered several different styles, from gritty realism all the way to the whimsical wild madness that can come up in the fey wilds. I cater for each game as the table fits. I excel in bringing the game to life, and meshing player characters into the world around them through their backstories and with vivid descriptions of their surroundings. I enjoy both Tactical Combat and heavy RP games alike. I utilize Syrinscape for an added layer of immersion and include maps wherever they are needed, but I am not afraid to flip to Theatre of the Mind when it fits as well. At the end of the day, I am a fun-loving DM that gets into character and brings the world around you to life!

Munky is an absolutely wonderful DM, and taking part in his oneshot was definitely a joy. He managed to create a tense and active environment, had fantastic characters that developed throughout the game and kept all players engaged all the way through. I have nothing but praise for how he handled everything and I would absolutely recommend playing with him.

I’ve played in multiple campaigns with him. Other DMs are kind of a let down because his campaigns are smooth (he is knowledgeable so everything falls into place for new players and experienced), immersive (he does unique voices and always has music for the setting), and he is very professional (punctual, respectful). He designs weapons, maps, and characters to add detail to the worlds. Great experience.

Munky is an amazing DM! I have been playing in a campaign that he has been running for almost 5 years now! I found him on Roll20 during the pandemic, and joined one of his ongoing campaigns, and I am glad I did! He is an amazing story teller, and he always has amazing maps in every session! He also just seems to bring out the creativity in everyone in his game. He does awesome voices for his NPCs (especially Higgles Boo, OMG), and he has this narrating voice he turns on when he is describing scenes that just immerses you into the world around you! Also, he is the very definition of a world builder! We have gone up and down the coast in his setting, and its like he is telling you about his homeland no matter where we go! Its all so interesting! 10/10, I would recommend Munky every time!

It would be a celebrity-level honor to get into Munky's games. He is a phenomenal artist, most known for creating digital art for online games, particularly RP games. Very special experience on the VTT (virtual tabletop), to see MUNKY's original art, and graphic design, among the games' materials. I got into Meditating Munky maps on Roll20 8 years ago. It's not just visuals, GM Munky is versatile with a LOT of exciting narrative desccriptions, and scenarios that play on human emotions and draw you into the story, setting, feeling, atmosphere of another world. Genre-wise the games are Diverse, able to cover horror, whimsy, epic heroism, gritty fantasy. The PACE of his games is so fun, so hold on tight. A lot will happen in-game, at just the right pace with time for every Player to contribute, play, and express creativity. This is GOLD! For D&D, Dungeons and Dragons, and all kinds of RPG's.
