About me

Hi! I'm McCentric/Tabaxus/Lewis, I am a 21 year old nerd that is obsessed with Star Wars and Dungeons and Dragons! I have been a nerd for as long as I can remember and I have been playing D&D since I was 12! My earliest and fondest memories growing up are of my brother teaching me the wonderful life of being a nerd, that passion inspired me to continue this lifestyle and has shaped me into who I am today. There's nothing I love more than getting together with a group of likeminded people discussing various topics or getting involved in a good RPG. Over the past 9 years of playing D&D, I have hosted 14 campaigns and played in 5 as a character, I can safely say that I have a good deal of experience and I know how to make a campaign enjoyable and entertaining. The way I play is more of a "whatever works" kind of system, yes the rules are important but I much prefer to accommodate a player's enjoyment over the rules, if something goes against the rules but actually makes sense and would help you develop your character into a more meaningful playthrough....I say go for it! I absolutely love discussing D&D and pretty much any geeky topic so please message me if you have any questions or concerns!

GM Style

As a GM I love for my players to get involved as much as they are comfortable with, I love hearing players put on voices and change their behaviours into that of their characters! For me as a GM, roleplay is what makes a good campaign great! With that being said a good campaign will have plenty of aspects to it; riddles and puzzles, face to face classic combat, stealth-based quests or battles that must be planned in advance (i.e. sieges etc.). With all of this in mind, my main philosophy as a GM is that I try to make sure that everyone's desires are included, if you want something to be included then let me know and I will try my absolute best to make it happen!
