About Marius
🙋🏼♂️ Hi! I'm Marius, and I love running games for people! 🎲 Roleplaying games bring creativity, good times, and friendships. That's why I love them, and why I have never looked back after diving into TTRPGs about four years ago. I ran a 3-year epic 1-20 D&D campaign in the Forgotten Realms with my home group, we then played Numenera, and started a Planegea D&D game this year which we're still finishing up. In 2022, I started an open table in my local library, and have been running games there for mostly new players. We played Ruins of the Grendleroot, Journeys through the Radiant Citadel, Curse of Strahd, and are now in a homebrew sandbox-style D&D campaign! If I'm not running a game or publishing something for a game, I'm probably writing blog articles over at 💭 illusoryscript.com 💭!

How Marius runs games
In the hundreds of sessions of D&D that I have run, I honed my skills and defined my style: I'm a 🎥 cinematic 🍿 DM with a focus on 🦸🏻♂️ heroic adventures 🐉 . In my games... ☄️ ... you're more likely to battle aberrations on an asteroid crashing through the planes of existence than you are being ambushed by 2d6 goblins. 👿 🌁 ... you're more likely to have to decide between saving the city or saving the realm than you are tracking rations and torches.🔥 🦹🏼♀️ ... you're more likely to find out that the villain is actually your character's long-lost brother than you are debating over minutiae of the rules. 📖
