About me

The further down the rabbit hole of DnD that I venture the more I simply wish I had taken that plunge far sooner than I had. As a lifelong escapist, building vast realms and unravelling the myriad stories within them has always been a hobby of mine and even before I had tried DnD I was well aware of it but struggled to put myself out there. Very quickly the game has given me the opportunity, not just to present my worlds and ideas to others but to meet incredible people and forge storylines together, creating memories and moments I don't believe I will ever forget. Being able to reach a point where this incredible obsession, and sharing it with others might become a way to potentially support myself is a wild and magical dream. For those who are willing to embark on this crazy journey with me, I thank you with all my heart. I have been both DMing and Playing Fifth Edition since November of 2022. I am happy with my rules literacy however I am certainly still learning and feedback is not only encouraged but always greatly appreciated.

GM style

I love both roleplay and combat, I think finding a perfect balance between the two is always the ultimate goal. I think especially online, games often steer more toward combat in a lot of cases which makes perfect sense with how VTT's function. Majority of the games I have run so far, being in person, have leaned more toward the roleplay side of things leaning on the character development and branching story pillars. I love to push the ideas of classic fantasy. I love it when things are light-hearted, funny and exciting while not being afraid to lean on those classic tropes as quick as one might wish to throw them away or abandon them entirely, which is also fun.
