How Livi Rose runs games
I am a gigantic lover of roleplay! I think breaking up the grind of missions with downtime sessions where players get to chat with NPCs and see the effects they are having on the world is paramount. Of course, that does not mean combat is disregarded at my table. When I run combat, I apply my study of video and tabletop game design to ensure every encounter is engaging and memorable. I don't believe we need to roll initiative every session to fill a quota, but when we do, the battles shall be epic!
