About me
Hail and Well Met, Adventurer! My name is Katy, she/her, and I've been playing RPGs for 15 years. I got my start running one-shots and RPGA at conventions. Over the years, I've switched editions, games, groups, and platforms. These days, I mainly run D&D 5e campaigns and one-shots of other systems. I love to craft meaningful stories, preferring campaigns that culminate at a high level. All my adventures are set in my homebrew world of Zeme. GM Style
I like to incorporate a good mix of story, roleplay, combat, exploration with a few puzzles. I don't do voices but I do love creating interesting and complex NPCs. I like to incorporate an element of mystery to my games as well, dropping hints about things to come in the future and seeing if the party can put the pieces together. I tend to run more serious games with a couple of lighthearted moments sprinkled throughout.

I had the pleasure of playing in Katy's Dragon/Pirate-themed D&D campaign, and it was fantastic! Katy's skillfully wove an engaging story, adapting seamlessly to player changes. Playing my Rabbit Folk Trickster Cleric added a unique dynamic. Despite some challenges, the campaign was filled with memorable moments, from facing vampires to chasing pirate kobolds. I highly recommend Katy's for their creativity, adaptability, and dedication to delivering an unforgettable tabletop experience. I would play at her table again soon

The GM knew what she was doing and despite running a game that isn't even out yet and thus having little prep time due to receiving the rules shortly before the session seemed well prepared. She made sure everyone got their time to shine and we all a great time.

I've played numerous sessions with Katie, and I've never been disappointed. I primarily played in a dessert setting of her own creation, and I found it extremely immersive. The settings and NPCs were engaging, and the quests we went on were really fun. She did a great job ensuring everyone was pulled into the story and that no one was left out. If you're looking for an amazing DM, look no further! I hope to get the chance to play in another one of her sessions soon.
