Hello travelers I'm Jemo, a GM from the Philippines with almost 2000 hours (and counting) in roll20, and I have been a game master for five years now (and counting!). I bring my D&D sessions online come to life to make sure that you are immersed and you're experiencing the game with color and life mentally, and audiovisually. I am a very player-centric GM, so you are guaranteed that my players, their stories, and choices are front and center. Playing games! I love RPG's and open world games a lot. I do want to play D&D more as a player to so I'd love to have that chance more as well.

How Jemo runs games

✨ I love roleplaying with my players! I tend to give rewards for players who can really roleplay with one another, and I value those moments more than anything in a game. I am a DM who encourages to suboptimal choices in combat if it means it's going to add to the flavor of the story and for roleplay. ✨ I use the tools at my disposal to maximize my players' immersion such as battlemaps, using Discord for communication and background music, and a touch of soundboard elements for ambience, effects, and voice variety. ✨ I bring unique ways in combat that is going to highlight the players' creativity in an encounter. Whether that be roleplaying mid-fight or using their environment, it will mostly be beyond dropping a creature's health to 0. ✨ I use homebrew rules and mechanics (if my players want/allow them in our table) that improve the quality of life of the players, improve their capabilities and tools in game. ✨ Inclusivity within my games is a priority. I want to give my players a welcome and safe space, where everybody can have fun and enjoy the game. Respecting one another and welcoming people of all backgrounds within the space of the table equally is a first and foremost responsibility for me as a GM.

Jemo's ideal table

I love players who welcome one another creatively and are team players who give everyone the chance to shine in the game! I love roleplaying with my players, and if I get my players to talk in character or even just about the game at the table with or without me then I know we have a magical vibe going around. I really appreciate players who make meaningful decisions as their characters but know when to keep them in check to not put other players' fun at the back seat. Players who focus on the stories they want to tell in the game with their decisions will definitely fit well in my table!
