Hail and well met, My name is Matt and I've been DMing for a decade this spring. I run in several different systems but am most familiar with D&D 5e. I run through Discord and through a VTT. I have run games for total beginners and seasoned pros. All games are LGBTQIA+ friendly.

GM Style

I love roleplay and come from an acting background. My style brings in a lot of comedy and improv, but that doesn't mean I can't bring the seriousness when time calls for it. I prefer theater of the mind but have many good resources for maps and things should you want more tangible imagery. I believe in the "Rule of Cool" for the most part and want to say "let's try that" to whatever crazy ideas you or your characters come up with. I am proficient in performance so definitely expect character voices galore. I want a game to have as much or as little crunch as the players desire, so if you are a beginner I definitely can help you character create if that is something you need or want. I love power builders and wacky gimmick builds and will do my best to challenge everyone in the ways they are best suited. Just because I am going to be doing voices does not mean you have to! (But any attempts will be met with encouragement!) I run a LGBTQIA+ friendly table. That is non-negotiable.
