About Nicholas 'Jack' Teague
Long-time Storyteller/GM who loves to provide fun experiences to others, at the moment in 5e. My experience is a variety of tabletop systems over my thirty-year term as a player and GM. I tend to run RAW games (unless something ruins player fun and agency). I am a game designer working on my own system. Usually, the games are Homebrew Ravenloft campaigns, with a focus on seriousness and horror. The fun is creating games where the players have fun in a mix of social interactions, traps, puzzles, and combat. How much each comes into play depends on player preferences. Any official classes, races, and player material players are free to use. UA material and home-brew material require approval before being accepted. Still new to this website so my first few games will likely be few shots and free to play to get me comfortable with how things work. Have questions? How Nicholas 'Jack' Teague runs games
I try and maximize the players fun through home-brewed campaigns. Rules are usually RAW (rules as written) unless it's taking away from some of the fun and enjoyment of the players. Games will feature handouts and voices to increase the interactivity of the game. Big fan of social roleplaying but I'm ok if players are still learning to feel comfortable with it. Medium to heavy combat is presented, but ok doing combat-lite if we need to. Most of my games are crafted to suited whatever preferences the players have.
