About me

I started as a player in 1976 with the white books when I was 12. My DM killed my character/s every week for 6 months because all the other players were his friends....I kept going back for more. At 16 I DM'd my first game - 42 years later, and at least 1 game a week, I am still DMing. Different systems , different players, same system, same players. Longest group I have had is 24 years strong and still going. for free. Now I am getting close to retirement and this Professional DMing could be my retirement with benefits. I am not the easiest of DMs as i expect my players to put an effort into learning the system , roleplaying their characters, and respecting the commitment of the other players who are all working together to make that one night a week memorable, one week at a time. Be puntual. Be polite. Be positive. I am. I run 18++ Cyberpunk, Cthulhu and DarkD&D, as I like to call it, with mature themes.

GM style

Dark. Gritty. Violent. Always to the Maximum. My players are the lights in dark evil worlds that are trying to snuff them out. I create hostile environments where teamwork, intelligence and creativity defeat my monsters, traps or puzzles - or you die. And there are always mirrors behind the mirrors, plots afoot , and world-spanning conspiracies, and oh, really tough moral choices to make. Sensitive , gentle people should not play my games.
