About Game Master Greegan

Well met. I'm a traveler of many realms and (I don't mind saying) I've mastered a few of them. Some had spies, a couple of jungle wars, fast cars, people with guns wearing hats, gods among extraordinary beings in tights and capes, and many many dragons. After a brief dimensional travel to a world with rats and colorful illusions, I have returned to master the dragons of this realm. Will you join me on this expedition? All of that aside, Hey there, I'm Scott (he/him) but I go by Greegan or Greegs sometimes. I've been playing and mostly running DnD games since the 80's. I want to Game Master your adventure in ShadowDark (and in the future Alien RPG). And please don't let the Games Hosted fool ya. I've been running free campaigns since September 2024.

My Favorite to run is Shadowdark RPG. Castles & Crusades Rolemaster come in a close second to playing in. I know I know. DnD is the DAWG man! Maybe back in the 80's but there's a new Sheriff in town.

How Game Master Greegan runs games

Running TTRPGs again after my hiatus (RL stepped in and shook things up) is like riding a bike again. A bit wobbly at first (the rules, not the role-play), but it becomes more steady with each session. With ShadowDark RPG is fast and leaves a lot of time to roleplay in each session. We will collectively develop your characters and the world around them and make the experience unique for each group. I like to run games RAW but no game system is without errata and so I'm always open to discussions of adjustments (within reason). Fantasy Grounds is my VTT of choice and I enjoy teaching my players about how easy it is to use. Systems I run include: Shadowdark RPG Alien RPG (learning the game, look forward to causing my future players some cinematic stress)
