About me
Hi! I'm a professional DM with over 4 years of experience running weekly games. I love doing character voices, foley work, and adding great music to aid in the soundscape of my games. I'm a lifelong storyteller and love to engage in players. Let your imagination run wild and I'll try my best to keep up!
GM Style
I mix voice acting and foley sounds to create an immersive gaming experience. That being said, I always recommend you roleplay to your comfort level. You do not have to "do a voice" and you don't have a to have a long backstory. On the rules side of things, I don't always ask for rolls but I do follow the official rules typically by the book. Sessions I design always have a mix of the three pillars: combat, exploration, and social encounters. I allow expansion content as well as balanced homebrew.

I've been playing with Tang for 6 months and have nothing but praise for their GM skills and general demeanor. A great teacher if you are brand spanking new and loaded with knowledge and experience for the more seasoned player. Always prepared and brings a lot of original and fresh content to established adventures. Looking forward to many more campaigns in the future.

I had Chris as GM for Sunless Citadel, Forge of Fury, Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan, White Plume Mountain and Dead in Thay. He did a good job allowing alternative problem solving for the modules and added an overarching narrative to tie the disparate tales together. He also added hooks tailor-made to the party's characters both within the modules and as mini dungeons between the modules to bridge the level gaps.

Chris is honestly one of the best GMs you can ask for. He is patient, funny, and excellent at creating a world that moves at a good pace with decisions that matter. His voice acting is great and entertaining(especially his cockney accent) and makes each character feel unique to the last. I knew when I joined one of his games that I found a GM worth joining again and again and honestly anyone should give him a try you will not regret it!

Tang has been a fantastic DM, his games are immersive and his storytelling is fantastic. He is very open to player opinions and willing to allow many great player options. My experience with him hosting games has been overwhelmingly positive and I look forward to playing with him for hopefully a long time.

I'll never forget being swallowed whole by a giant snake, casting heat metal on the cursed crown resting on a bandit king's head, befriending a flesh golem, brutally murdering (and eating) a sentient humanoid catfish selling shitty items, defeating the goddess of the sea (well, her champion,) or burning down that one village on "accident." Tang is a great DM who does fantastic voices, creates awesome homebrew, and plays it RAW - but somehow always manages to achieve balance. You'll have a good time playing with him.
