About me
I have been a GM now since 2016 and have been on this website since March 2021. Was running games constantly with friends for a few years, until Covid hit. Then found great interest in running games for others on roll20. Im no rules lawyer, but i know them a great deal. I don't like big groups, I just really enjoy playing, telling a good story and enjoying some laughs.
GM Style
In game, I try not to give really long descriptions. I usually try a voice or two but I'm no voice actor. I tend to throw at least one combat encounter in a session if it fits. I do my best to include everyone in the story, you're the main characters after all. I do not play favourites. I try to not play things right out of the book. I will throw home brew encounters, items or situations into the game every so often. I use API scripts and macros in my games to make things more immersive and realistic.

We reached out to Anton as a gaming group looking for a DM and asked him to develop a customized campaign for us. He has done a great job of developing a campaign to match what we requested. Anton is an attentive DM, strong on story, always prepared, and proficient with online tools. He indulges our wishes to focus on character development, takes the time to learn about our characters, and ultimately lets us determine our own fate.

Anton is the best GM that has ever run a game for me. The level of attention he gives to preparation is amazing and really shows in how you experience the game as player. He also takes time to actually read through any personal character details (or backstory) and it's apparent in how he develops scenarios/encounters for your character. And best of all, he makes you feel as if you are playing "your" game, rather than playing "his" game. Some GM's railroad their players into participating in situations and storylines that they come up with, rather than allowing the players to take an active role in deciding how their story unfolds. Thankfully, Anton is not that kind of GM. You'd be doing yourself a huge favor if you decided to have him run a session or campaign for you.

Anton’s games have been a joy to play in. He is pretty knowledgeable with the online tools and is patient with new folks joining in. His games are firm and fair and die rolls are made publicly. He is friendly and highly professional and able to destabilize PC feuds rapidly (should they occur). He excels in keeping the game flowing smoothly and does not waste your time. There is a nice summary of the game on his Discord and role play in-between sessions is encouraged. I would highly recommend Anton’s games. He has not provided me any XP or favoritism in writing this review.

Awesome DM, always had fun in Rp and in combat. Very creative in storytelling and setting the atmosphere. One shots are very fun!
