About Echo

I am a Forever GM from 3.5e, 4e and 5e. Been hosting games for about 10 years over all. The worlds I tend to run are more centered around my players. Using their backstories, to help flesh out the world. Limiting information for an intrigue campaign, can't give all the answers early on just what your character would know from your view point of the hometown you are from. Letting the party explore out into the world to discover the real truth behind the propoganda and country's real objectives. Or even have them settle to become nobles to run their own small town , that maybe become a nation to rival against. Preference is D&D 5e 2014 rules with Mage hand Press to run for the games. Giving you an additional 11 classes to pick from, more feats, more spells and more items to have fun with. For a wide variety of settings from the distant past all the way to the distant future. Get to the past, Samurai.

When I'm not running games I'm...

I am prepping for the next session. Doing research onto the realism part of the intrigue and war campaigns, to always keep the world feeling a bit more grounded while exploring the fantasy settings. What should or should not be allowed, while the campaign is entering the industrial age.

How Echo runs games

I tend to build more of a Sandbox game with intrigue for battle or RP scenarios, getting to ensure there are limitless things for the players to complete during the campaign. Things may start out a bit more on the railroad side of things, during the first part of the campaign, that is just to get the main story started before the world may open up.
