About me
Welcome! Bienvenidos! I'm the Dungeon Mario! I am a passionate D&D player and DM with in invested interest in world building, and story crafting. D&D is a space to create memorable stories and experience the full range of emotions. I strive to run games where you can truly feel immersed in the world and in your character to bring about those epic rp moments and satisfying combat encounters that make you scream when you hear "how do you want to do this?" I love running balanced games with lots of exploration and combat as well as lore and RP, always making sure everyone is having a lot of fun. I enjoy helping new players create characters and start on their first great adventure! I can run games in Spanish!
GM Style
My games are laid back and flexible to your playing style. I enjoy role playing and do my best at voice acting the characters you encounter to provide an immersive and engaging experience. I also carefully curate the music I use during game to help set the mood for each encounter. I'm a story focused DM that likes to expand on lore and drive an entertaining and immersive experience for all players. Using narration, description and combat to collectively create an adventure with you!

Mario was great at setting the mood, and did a great job balancing how much player interaction and story progression was happening. He also did a great job describing and allowing for epic character moments for everyone.

Been playing with DMario weekly for almost 2 years now. It has been an absolute blast. I have been a D&D player and DM for decades, but this is the longest table i have ever been a part of. Mario does an excellent job setting tone and adapting to the play style of the players, and is very capable of weaving several different plots and styles together. We play exclusively in Roll20, but Mario makes all of his own maps and brings awesome music to the sessions. His excellent and creative use of the platform has led me to switch over all of my games to Roll20 as well. When this table started, all the other players but me were new to the game, and thanks to Mario's excellent guidance, all members of the table are now avid D&D players. We are all excited for our weekly game, often meeting up in voice chat to discuss character arcs or strategy for the next battle. Truly excellent experience, cannot recommend highly enough. Do your table a favor and have DMario run it.
