About me

Hi. I've been playing and running games for decades now. Most of my time has been D&D, but I've done several Star Wars, Super Hero, Shadowrun, World of Darkness, and other types of games. I'm always learning new virtual platforms as they keep developing them. Finally, I've been a professional Technical Writer for years as well, so I think I can explain the rules well for new players.

GM Style

Even beyond gaming, most of all, I love to laugh, so there will be jokes and fun at my tables. Fun is rule one, whether it's making sure each person gets as much spotlight as they want or making the jokes myself if nobody else wants to. I'm also a tech writer, so I try my best to teach the rules while enforcing them. Don't let the rules part scare you though, story is also incredibly important and I don't see the two as in conflict. They reinforce each other well when done right.
