How Donovan runs games
As a GM, I really appreciate letting the players take charge as to the adventure. I have played with a variety of different groups - some loved crunchy combat with loads of tactics, others preferred roleplaying and improvisation. In each group, I adapted to fit what the players wanted from their experience. That being said, I love groups that are willing to roleplay, as well as groups willing using theater of the mind.
