About me

I run DnD 5e games. I'm lucky enough to be able to play and DM games regularly, so I have experience on both sides of the screen. I prefer to run games in person, as I have gathered a collection of minis, terrain, and boards in my time playing, but I also play through Discord. I have a homebrew world based on the bronze age history, myth, and archaeology called Ersetu where players can not only experience their adventures, but they can become part of the greater narrative of my world. I am also willing to run any of the published MTG settings, Theros, Ravnica, and Strixhaven. I have the Dragonlance, Ebberron, Ravenloft, Spelljammer, and Planescape settings available as well. I also have a collection of Kobold Press Tome of Beasts books to add new and interesting monsters to your encounters. I enjoy running games in almost any genre, and I will also adapt the game to focus on any of the three pillars equally, or if there is a favorite style of session you enjoy I'll make it happen.

GM Style

I love all three pillars of TTRPG's, Role-playing, Combat, and exploration. I also love playing with genres within the system of DnD 5e, from lost world dinosaurs, to spacefaring Spelljammers I will happily take you there. My style is about history, what you do affects the world, and history affects your quests. I like to dive into the origin of a DnD species or monster, and use obscure or less noticed lore to bring the world to life. If you're in Ersetu, my homebrew world you'll have the chance to take part in an era of Dragon-Giant wars as humanoids band together with the first Heroes Guild of the world the "Qardu Illutu." You'll also "get a PHD in ancient Egyptian." as one of my players says it. I have researched the naming conventions, of each of the ancient cultures Ersetu is based on, I have looked into the actual kings, and myths, and there is Akkadian, Egyptian, Ugaritic, Hittite, Hurrian, Sumerian and even a form of Proto-greek based on Linear-b writing. All of this is used in a similar way elvish is used in Tolkien, or Draconic is used in DnD, to help bring the culture of the world to life.
