About me

I started D&D as a DM with no one to play with, but it didn't matter! I'd found my passion. I spent days, weeks, months, years, world building by myself or with my brothers, constantly obsessing about it, and lamenting my inability to play. That's all changed now, friends, but the passion remains! I bring an energetic, off-the-cuff improve style to the game that doesn't shy away from drama, but understands the focus should be on fun. I have played with more inexperienced players than experienced ones, thought I have had multiple longstanding games (a year or more) both from the DM's and player's perspective. I am willing to run modules or fully homebrew worlds, and enjoy discussing character concepts for those who wish to bend the rules (guidelines) a bit to better fit their ideas. I will be doing D&D 5E exclusively on this profile, at least for now. Let's have some fun!

GM style

I love every aspect of this game! I do voices whenever I run a monster or npc, make sure to play up the non-combat portions as much as possible, and combine tactical combat (which I can upgrade or downgrade depending on the expertise of the group) with narrative combat. An attack roll isn't an attack roll without some flashing swords, clashing of steel, cries of pain, and dire injuries, and a Beholder isn't a Beholder unless it's using that anti-magic cone to its full potential!
