About me
I'm in my forties, and I've played roleplaying games since the late nineties. I've been GMing for most of that time. I'm autistic and LGBTQ+, and am a welcoming geek about comic books, sci-fi, superheroes, and gaming.
GM Style
I favor rules-light systems as a GM, but I can (and do) run stuff like D&D 5e and Fantasy AGE. I tend to favor rule-of-cool and simple solutions to gameplay rather that sweating all the complex details. I want to keep things moving and fun. Dramatic tension, character interaction, and humor are all important in my games. Also, I'm an amateur voice actor in audio dramas, so I bring a flair for character voices into my sessions as a GM. Games I like to run that are not listed in StartPlaying include Lasers & Feelings (and various hacks thereof), For the Honor, and Daggerheart.

Players say this GM is great at:
Creativity
Inclusive
Storytelling
I have to be honest, if there's any GM I have to say I am more looking forward to a session of than any other, it's this guy! I've definitely made that claim before, and I'll definitely make that claim again, but I don't think any can hold a candle to this guy! I can't even fit all of the tags that describe him correctly in this website! His favorite systems are ones where you can run virtually anything and stretches the meanings of things to make most ideas within reason work, he's inclusive, if he doesn't remember the rules he's happy to check to fill out any disagreements instead of saying his way or the highway, he's a great story teller, I've been the beginner in his system and it's been amazingly sweet, he's got art for any character who needs it, he tries his hardest for voices- Guys, if you pass him up, you're missing out! For a favorite moment, I think I have to go for the first session of our most recent campaign, Mutants and Feelings. To skim to the part that's important, basically it's set in a Xavier's School ran by Emma Frost and Sean Cassidy, and as my character Jubilee the session started with a big hubbub of one PC failing to steal from mine! And, as the headmasters came out to investigate and approached my character first, I assumed they thought she was the cause and responded with a bit of hostility- And he took it and ran with it! I know this seems pretty simple, but with the amount of games I've been in, it feels relieving to have a GM I'm on such a similar page with that I can be a bit aggressive IC and not feel like he takes it personally or will hold it against me!
