About Alessandro
I'm a lifelong multicultural bohemian geek. I'm a Dungeon Master who works from a creative perspective and prefers narrative over hardcore rules. I run a super inclusive group. You'll find no misogyny, racism, homophobia or transphobia at my table. I'm very friendly to beginners and advanced players alike. I support my player's characters and give them challenges that push their levels without being unfair. Basically I'm here to have a great time with others and hopefully provide them the same experience.

How Alessandro runs games
I'm huge on role-play and interactive NPCs. I enjoy dynamic content that moves the plot along. I have a custom world I've built that allows for almost any style of gameplay and almost every genre. I like all player to have a voice and to be able to play in their own style. I am super inclusive to all. You will find no misogyny, racism, homophobia or transphobia in my gameplay and table. I am there to have as much fun as my players.

I prep by
Making sure I have my plot beats ready. Having maps prepared and ready to go, populated with props and NPCs. I also make sure that I've worked with the players on their characters enough to have them ready to go.
Rules are...
5e but relaxed. I prefer narrative to rules. I will with the table's permission use the Nimble RPG ruleset which is fully 5e compatible.
When it comes to voices
I do the accents that I'm good at and give a shot at the rest on the fly.
Alessandro's ideal table
Diverse players who are there to have a good time for the enjoyment of getting to play. I want everyone to feel that their are in a safe space and I'm only intolerant of intolerance. If you're a murder hobo then my table isn't for you.

Show misogynistic tendencies. They don't give others a a chance to have their own voice. They bring the game to a standstill because they are too argumentative.
